Essay-reasoning “What a teacher should be.” Advice for future teachers. What memory does the teacher leave in the hearts of his students? What should a teacher be like in a student’s memory?

This is a person who can see the personality in a student. Become a friend to each of us and help in a difficult situation. He shows the same feelings to the student as to his own child.

For me, this is a kind and sympathetic person, not only demanding, but also explaining his subject clearly.

A true teacher loves children and finds joy in communicating with them. He must be patient, understanding, wise, creative.

For me, a real teacher is like a mother who can support and suggest the right decision. This is a person who understands children and is able to care and show attention to each student. But such teachers are only in primary school.

A teacher is not only a source of knowledge and advice, but also a comrade and a faithful friend. Knows how to present his knowledge in accessible language to any student. After all, it is teachers who make us educated people.

A modern teacher keeps up with the times and his students. He knows how to show the world in a new way and constantly surprises. Always gives the student the opportunity to express his opinion. The calling of a teacher is not only to provide a worthy education - a sum of knowledge, but also to cultivate independence and humanity in children, develop a creative approach to learning and enrich them spiritually.

A real teacher is the one who explains in such a way that you remember it for the rest of your life. The one who is in no hurry to give bad marks and draw negative conclusions. Someone who treats students with respect and deserves their respect. The main purpose of the teacher is to clearly explain the material: to translate from an “incomprehensible” language to an “understandable” one. It's a pity that not everyone succeeds. But a real teacher can make an unloved subject a favorite...

A teacher is not a profession, but a calling. It's not enough to just teach - you need to love your job. Recently I heard Meyerhold’s expression: “You cannot teach, you can only learn.” At first this point of view seemed absurd to me. Why then are teachers needed? After thinking, I understood its true meaning. Many of us have changed our attitude towards a subject just because we didn’t like the teacher. This means that the teacher does not just teach. He helps you learn by conveying his love and understanding of the subject.

A teacher is an eternal student who continues to improve throughout his life. A student always ready to admit that he was wrong. “He who comprehends the new by cherishing the old can be a teacher,” said Confucius. There have been many real teachers in my life. I want to thank them very much for investing a piece of themselves in me!

What should a real teacher be like? The author, D. Orlov, reflects on this question.

He believes that a teacher should be a professional who can captivate with the “magic of the literary word,” an unconventional approach to the subject, and a manner of behavior that “makes you want to understand what is happening.” Such a teacher was A.A. Titov, whom the children lovingly called San Sanych. D. Orlov believes that he was able to captivate his students with the help of Gorky’s text. He was a man in love with literature, passionate about his profession. He passed on these best qualities to his students: “We become those who teach us.”

The main character of V. Rasputin’s story “French Lessons” really wants to learn. Lidia Mikhailovna, a young teacher who teaches French, helps him with this. She not only tries to captivate him with her subject, but also tries to feed him. The main character remembered these lessons of goodness for the rest of his life.

Andrey Dementyev wrote: “Don’t you dare forget the teachers.” These words need to be remembered not only when we are in school, but also when we enter adulthood.

At all times, the teacher was a respected person, because he taught not only science, but also life, and instructed. Unfortunately, modern teachers do not gain the same respect as before. Children sometimes do not obey, play pranks, and do not learn their lessons. Let the essay-reasoning “What a teacher should be like” be mandatory in school. Most likely, children will openly describe the problem in the text. On the other hand, a similar topic may have another purpose, namely: reflection. I would like to appeal to the students: no matter what kind of teachers they are, respect them!

What kind of teacher is he?

Of course, the adult who stands at the blackboard with a pointer graduated from a special educational institution with the profession of “teacher”. This is said in general terms. In fact, teachers each have their own specialization. Let's think about what structure the essay “A Good Teacher” should have. There is no need to write that he should not burden you with homework and give bad grades. This will be wrong, because you must somehow study, master the subject.

Let's start the story. A good teacher explains his subject in an accessible and interesting way, talks about the topic, and gives examples. A competent teacher will listen to every student and answer all questions. If something is unclear, he will try to explain it again. You cannot take advantage of the teacher’s kindness and patience. The student must also be able to treat academic subjects responsibly.

I want to be a teacher!

If a student dreams of becoming a teacher, then they must understand that a lot will depend on their attitude towards children and their subject. It will be useful to write an essay-reasoning “What a teacher should be”, and then show it to the teacher who, in his opinion, is the best. It will be important to listen to advice, comments, and wishes. After all, this is a living example, a beloved teacher.

What should the text be? Tell us why you want to be a teacher, what subject to teach. Or maybe your dream is to teach elementary school? Be sure to open up this topic. How do you see yourself, how do you explain, how do you raise the younger generation. How would you react if a naughty student started acting up in your class?

How to write a good essay?

To make it easier to write an argumentative essay on the topic “Teacher,” put yourself in the shoes of any teacher. Or ask the class teacher to spend an out-of-class hour to play teacher: stand with a pointer at the blackboard. Any student can come out and explain any favorite topic for 5-10 minutes. On the other hand, you can practice this way during recess.

How did you feel? But keep in mind that being a teacher is much harder than you imagine. The teacher should also have time to check your notebooks, and not only yours.

What the student doesn't see

It is unlikely that students will include such an item as the teacher’s activities outside the lesson in the essay-reasoning “What a teacher should be.” An exception can only be for those whose parents are teachers, and who see every day a tired mom or dad with a stack of notebooks at home, with teaching materials, textbooks, and notes. If a teacher only had 4 lessons today, this does not mean that his working day is completely over. This is not true at all.

It will be useful for students to ask their favorite teacher and class teacher what it’s like to be a teacher. Most likely, he will share his impressions and talk about his work.

Don't forget that good teachers are not born, they are made. If a teacher loves children, life, his subject, and knows a lot of interesting things, then he is happy and made the right choice. The essay-reasoning “What a teacher should be” is a good reason to think about teaching life and the intended choice of profession. You should not submit to momentary desires; such a choice must be conscious. It is important to understand a certain subject well.

Teacher of Russian language and literature

“Those from whom we learn are rightly called our teachers, but not everyone who teaches us deserves this name,” wrote I. Goethe. And indeed it is. Let's think about who the teacher is? Someone will say, perhaps this is a curator, mentor, teacher, second mother. And all the synonyms given are truly true. Because a teacher not only teaches, but also heals souls. Turning to the words of I. Goethe, we can say that not every person can become a teacher. Because the teacher is multifunctional. He not only has the function of teaching, but also knows how to educate and develop the personality of a student. We are faced with learning from childhood. From an early age, we are taught certain skills by our parents, and we learn something from friends, family, and relatives. But only a teacher can guide us in the right direction. Thanks to teachers, our understanding of the world expands. We learn different cultures, traditions, stories, rules. We meet great scientists, philosophers, writers, critics. Speaking of the teacher, a question arises.

What qualities should a modern teacher have? Firstly, he must love and know his subject well. Be a very interesting person and conversationalist. Secondly, he is a very responsible person. He loves and respects children. In return, he receives the same respect. A person who is an authority and example for others, who owns modern technologies and understands all the details. Has certain knowledge in child psychology. The teacher is a purposeful, smart, competent, honest, fair, kind person. It turns out that this is a very complex and responsible profession. If the accountant's function ispay state taxes on time and correctly, report to government agencies and company owners, organize work with clients and partners of the organization, monitor the financial condition of the enterprise. His task is only to count and control, but the function of a teacher is multifaceted. Thanks to the teacher, people achieve their goals in the future, because he puts into him not only knowledge, but also a part of his soul. Everything begins with the teacher, because in his hands our future is children. Which are our hope and support, because all pride the teacher in his students, in the growth of the seeds he sows.

What does teaching mean? “Teaching is just one of the petals of that flower called education,” wrote V. A. Sukhomlinsky. One cannot but agree with him, since teaching is part of education. You can teach anything, but whether the student will apply it in life depends only on the teacher, how he teaches this or that information. His main goal is not only to educate the student, but also to educate himself. To educate himself throughout his life. As times change, demands increase. And more is expected from the teacher. The generation is changing. The perception of this or that information changes. It is necessary to present it in such a way that it is relevant, and the student knows where he can apply this knowledge. A teacher can educate the future of an engineer, builder, astronaut, and so on. It depends on what kind of trace he leaves behind. What impressions will the child have of the teacher as a person? If this is a good teacher who knows hissubject, how to teach it and where, then he will achieve the desired result.

A teacher, like no one else, must manage his feelings, temperament, be an example for children, and control his emotions. After all, the teacher sets an example for the child of how to communicate with people. An abusive attitude towards children causes deep emotional trauma and harms the entire cause of education and upbringing. During lessons you need to not only smile, but also be demanding, strict, and make every student think; teach critically, relate to your own thoughts and the thoughts of others; try to introduce variety into the educational process through the use of methods and techniques of different pedagogical technologies.

As an example, I would like to cite the outstanding Soviet teacher of all times and peoples, Anton Semenovich Makarenko, who was recognized by UNESCO as one of the four teachers who determined the way of pedagogical thinking of the 21st century. When working with minors, he achieved incredible results. The basis of his success was the educational force applied in the team. He combined learning and teamwork, combining demands with the spirit of play. He was the head of a Ukrainian children's colony, which was famous for its pupils - incorrigible thieves and street children. And Makarenko managed to achieve phenomenal success in raising them. He not only rehabilitated difficult teenagers, but also produced excellent productive results. The colony began to pay for itself and even bring profit to the state. At the same time, he developed a project for managing children's colonies in the Kharkov province. However, later Makarenko’s education methods were declared “non-Soviet” and he left his job. However, now his teaching methods are being used as an example.

Another example I would like to give is from G. Rasputin’s work “French Lessons”. This work is about a boy who fell into bad company and did not learn French well. This work raises a lot of problems:This includes the adaptation of a rural boy to living conditions in the city, the severity of post-war life, relationships in a boy’s group as a model of society, and, of course, the problem of the fine line between moral and immoral. These are the problems that we often encounter at school. In order to solve these problemsLidia Mikhailovna offered to play with the boy for money. She taught him the game of her childhood, “the wall.” Just so that the boy does not play on the street. And at the same time, she suggested that he study French additionally. On the one hand, such teacher behavior can be condemned, sinceit can be classified as a pedagogical crime, but the author emphasizes for what purpose this act was committed.I believe that this is a clear example of the moral behavior of a teacher who wanted to save a child. After all, a sincere, clumsy desire to help the boy could have been realized only by giving him a feeling of justice and fairness of the money received. In this case, through a fair game of "wall".So that the child does not end up in a bad situation and feels needed. And such examples can be given infinitely.

For me, my reward - my work - is the burning, understanding eyes of students in class! The children share all their joys and sorrows with me. We need to find time to listen and understand everyone. And I think thattogether we will achieve success. So let's work on ourselves. And think about our future, because everything is in our hands! The future of the country, the future of the planet! Therefore, love yourself and your work!
